how-we-do-it

How we do it

Strategic Energy Management;

A structured approach to energy management that integrates energy efficiency into daily organizational management practices, resulting in greater sustained savings than a project-by-project approach. SEM is ideal for smaller manufacturing industrial plants, commercial companies and institutions who want to generate revenue, reduce energy costs and improve on their operating performance.

IoT SMART innovations;

SMART innovations is an online energy efficiency coaching platform that provides small businesses, tenants and personnel in industry with the necessary tools to implement and maintain an energy management plan. IoTs training sessions are given on how to use our smart sensors to track your energy consumption. The sensors measure electricity usage and sends the data securely over Wi-Fi or cellular to the cloud and they are simple and quick to install. The aim of SMART innovations is to help smaller businesses and residents save energy.

ISO 50001 Energy Management;

ISO 50001 is an internationally recognized standard for managing and improving organizations energy performance. It is developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).  The standard addresses the following:

  • Manage Energy
  • Manage Risks
  • Control Costs

Energy is critical to all organizations and can be one of the largest operational costs depending on the activities. This can be controlled through improved energy performance in helping organizations maximize the use of their energy sources, thus by reducing both the energy cost and consumption. Conformance to the standard also provides proof that a facility has implemented a sustainable energy management system, completed a baseline of its energy use, and committed to continual improvement in energy performance. The value of certification will be driven by market forces within supply chains, potential utility incentive programs requiring ISO 50001, and the standard’s relation to future carbon mitigation policies.
